- ✓ Magnetic closures, zippers, straps in perfect working condition
- ✓ Return request initiated within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- ❌ Customized or personalized products
- ❌ Items purchased during clearance/final sale
- ❌ Products with removed or damaged tags
- ❌ Items showing signs of use or wear
- ❌ Products beyond the 7-day return window

📦 Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return Request

- Pack securely in original packaging
- Ship via courier (we’ll provide address)
- Share tracking details with us
Step 4: Quality Inspection
- Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll inspect it (2-3 business days)
- We check for signs of use, damage, missing items
- Photos are taken and documented
Step 5: Refund Processing
- If inspection passes, refund is initiated within 5-7 business days
- If inspection fails, item will be shipped back to you (at your cost)
