📦 Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, we’ll send return instructions

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • Pack securely in original packaging
  • Ship via courier (we’ll provide address)
  • Share tracking details with us

Step 4: Quality Inspection

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll inspect it (2-3 business days)
  • We check for signs of use, damage, missing items
  • Photos are taken and documented

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • If inspection passes, refund is initiated within 5-7 business days
  • If inspection fails, item will be shipped back to you (at your cost)

Less: Original Shipping (Non-refundable) – ₹0 (if free shipping was provided)

*Return shipping cost is ₹150 and will be deducted from your refund UNLESS the return is due to our error (defective/wrong product).
