At StyleLouder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
