We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please review the following guidelines for returns.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your StyleLouder account and visit the “Order History” section
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and generate a return label
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the return label to the package
5. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stylelouder.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping charges.

Return Exceptions

Some items have special return conditions:

• Jewelry: Must be returned in the original protective packaging
• Handbags: Must include all protective stuffing and dust bags
• Kurtis: Must not have any signs of wear or alteration
